1. The central sensor of monocrystalline silicon differential pressure transmitter adopts the composite multiple micro-silicon solid-state sensor imported from the world. Compared with the traditional metal capacitor pressure/differential pressure transmitter, the accuracy, stability and anti-interference ability are greatly improved, with a platinum-level accuracy of up to ± 0.075%;

2. OLED dot matrix display, wide viewing angle, uniform picture quality and wide working temperature (-40~80 ℃);

3. The working pressure of monocrystalline silicon differential pressure transmitter is divided into three gears: 16MPa, 25MPa and 40MPa, and the one-way overload pressure is up to 40MPa;

The differential pressure transmitter can be packaged with a static pressure sensor, which can be used for the measurement and display of static pressure at work on site, and can also be applied to static pressure compensation. Working principle

The pressure transmitter comprises two functional units: a primary unit and a secondary unit: The primary unit comprises the sensors and the process connections.

The working principle is as follows: the sensor module adopts full welding technology, and has an integrated overload diaphragm, an absolute pressure sensor, a differential pressure sensor and a temperature sensor inside.

The absolute pressure sensor is only installed on the high pressure side of the sensor diaphragm as a reference value for static pressure measurement and compensation, and the temperature sensor as a reference value for temperature compensation. The positive pressure side of the differential pressure sensor is connected with the high pressure cavity of the sensor bellows, and the negative pressure side of the differential pressure sensor is connected with the low pressure cavity of the sensor bellows. The differential pressure is transmitted to the silicon in the differential pressure sensor through the isolation diaphragm and the filling liquid. The chip changes the resistance of the chip of the differential pressure sensor, which causes the output voltage of the detection system to change. The output voltage is proportional to the pressure change, and then is converted into a standardized signal output by the adapter unit and the amplifier.
