Product overview
LUCB type plug-in vortex flow sensor, can be widely used in various industries large diameter gas, liquid, steam flow measurement, can also be measured containing tiny particles, impurities of turbid liquid, and can be used as a flow transmitter for automatic control system.
Working principle
According to the International Organization for Standardization IS07145 (velocity measurement method for measuring fluid flow in a closed pipe with an annular cross-section at a point in the cross-section), a vortex velocity probe embedded in a piezoelectric crystal is inserted into a large-diameter industrial pipe to convert the Karman vortex frequency into a current or voltage pulse signal proportional to the flow or a 4~20mADC current signal.
Product Features
1. The use of anti-interference circuit and anti-vibration sensor head, so that the instrument has a certain anti-environmental vibration performance.
2. The pressure loss is small, the measuring range is wide, and the range is 1:10.
3. No moving parts, long-term stability, simple structure and easy installation and maintenance.
4. The regular temperature resistance of the measurable medium is 250 ℃, and the high temperature type can reach 350 ℃.
